36. Certificate of registered title of one or more properties held under one deed.—Any person who holds two or more pieces of land, or undivided shares therein, by one title deed may, subject to the provisions of section thirty-seven, obtain a certificate of registered title in respect of one or more of such pieces of land or of the undivided share or shares held by him there: Provided that at least one of the pieces of land or the share therein held by such deed remains held thereby.
