Separate rates clearance certificates for Sectional Title Units

Pretoria Registrar's Circular 2/2008
Pretoria Registrar's Circular No.2 of 2008 - As from the 1st of July the City of Tshwane Municipality will be rating sectional title units separately. Therefore separate rates clearance certificates must be lodged for the transfer of sectional title units. Section 15(B)(3) certificates must still be lodged with regard to levies and real rights of extension.
