Attendance of Anual General Meeting

Every owner is entitled to attend every general meeting of the body corporate, and should make every effort to attend and participate. An owner who is not able to attend a particular meeting should give his or her proxy to a third party. A proxy does not have to be an owner, but may not be the managing agent, an employee of the managing agent, or an employee of the body corporate. Holders of registered mortgage bonds and the managing agent are also entitled to attend.
