81 Hypothecation of leases and sub-leases
No hypothecation of a lease or sub-lease shall be registered in any deeds registry
unless such hypothecation is affected by means of-
(a) a mortgage bond, if the lease or sub-lease is immovable property; or
(b) a notarial bond, if the lease or sub-lease is not immovable property.
