MORA INTEREST

 If there is a delay in the registration of the transfer of the Property for which the Purchaser is responsible, the Purchaser shall in addition to any Occupational rental payable, compensate the Seller by way of an interest payment on the Purchase Price calculated at the rate of 15% per year, from the date on which the Purchaser receives written notice from the Seller or the An attorney who is appointed by the seller and is qualified to attend to the registration and transfer of immovable property from a seller to a purchaser and the registration of any bonds.
